Job Description
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to develop, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge AI models. You’ll build production-ready inference pipelines, integrate models into cloud environments, and work with modern LLM/NLP systems while collaborating with a global team operating on PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI/ML models (LLM, NLP, generative).
- Develop inference pipelines and integrate models into production.
- Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
- Optimize model performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the team across PST time zones.
Qualifications
- Excellent Python skills.
- Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- English: B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and working with embeddings/vector DBs.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines and multimodal models.
- Experience with quantization, pruning, distillation.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, Weaviate, Pinecone, Ray.
- Experience integrating AI features into real products.
