Responsibilities
- Design and develop services, APIs, and integrations (FHIR/HL7) from scratch.
- Make key architectural decisions ensuring security and compliance (HIPAA/SOC 2).
- Establish engineering practices (code review, quality standards) and team development.
- Integrate AI components with AI Lead.
