Lead Blockchain Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer to drive blockchain integrations and backend services for a global fintech company. You’ll work with multiple blockchains, ensure system security, and lead a strong engineering team across international hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate blockchains (BTC, ETH, TRON, BNB, TON, etc.)
- Build indexers and transactional services
- Ensure security: private keys, audits, access control
- Lead a development team, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years backend development experience, 3+ years in blockchain
- Expertise in TypeScript (Nest.js) / Go
- Familiarity with web3.js, ethers.js
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks
- English level B1+
Conditions
- On-site in Limassol (relocation package provided) or office-based in London/Dubai (no relocation)
