Responsibilities

Develop backend services and REST APIs
Build data and document processing pipelines
Implement RAG, document indexing, and semantic search
Integrate AI services with enterprise systems
Ensure performance, reliability, and observability of services
Participate in architecture design and code reviews

Requirements

5+ years of Python backend development experience
FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or Celery
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
LLMs, RAG
vector databases (Qdrant or pgvector)
Software architecture, testing, security, and observability
Ability to work independently and contribute to technical decisions
