Middle/Senior PHP Developer

Job Description
Realmo is building a cutting-edge digital platform for the commercial real estate market using AI, Big Data, and blockchain. Our mission is to transform a chaotic industry into a transparent, data-driven ecosystem. With 300,000+ users, we are scaling fast and looking for a strong PHP developer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-load modules of the product
- Contribute to migration and development on Laravel
- Optimize backend performance and scalability
- Integrate with third-party systems and services
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, task planning, and architecture discussions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
- Strong skills in PHP (8.4) and related technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Docker)
- Bonus: Full-stack development experience, Highload, Big Data, or ML background
- Ability to read and write in English (spoken not required, team is Russian-speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with frontend (Bootstrap 5, jQuery)
Location: Remote (team across CIS & USA; overlap with Boston partners needed)
