Vacancy: Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) (с европейским ВНЖ)
Company: International Payment Platform (crypto/blockchain)
Employment contract: remote, fulltime
Will do
- Lead and manage a diverse, international team of accountants across multiple jurisdictions;
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting processes for external and internal stakeholders;
- Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with auditors from a reputable international audit firm;
- Contribute to budget and cash flow preparation, control, and monitoring, aligning with the Group's financial strategy;
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes to meet regulatory standards, including MICA;
- Manage the external audit process, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of audit queries;
- Stay updated on evolving accounting practices, including blockchain/crypto accounting regulations.

Requirements
- Experience with EU and Baltic jurisdictions, particularly Lithuania, is highly desirable;
- Familiarity with VASPs and blockchain/crypto accounting is a significant advantage;
- Extensive experience in financial accounting and international accounting standards;
- Expertise in preparing financial statements and working with external auditors;
- Proven ability to manage accounting teams and cross-border financial operations;
- Knowledge of MICA and its implications for accounting is advantageous;
- Fluent in English and Russian.
