Senior DevOps Engineer, Novi Sad (hybrid)
Fast-growing fintech business building payment infrastructure used by merchants, fintech and payment providers across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
Manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Improve platform reliability, scalability and performance
Implement Infrastructure as Code best practices
Build monitoring, alerting and observability solutions
Manage security controls, secrets management and access policies
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Optimise cloud costs and infrastructure efficiency
Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and developer experience
Contribute to platform architecture decisions
Support production incident management and root cause analysis
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering
Deep experience with AWS
Experience managing Kubernetes environments
Strong Docker experience
Experience building CI/CD pipelines
Ownership mentality
Strong troubleshooting ability
Security-conscious mindset
Excellent communication skills
