Role Mission
Build and scale next-gen backend systems powering global mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services in Go.
- Design high-concurrency, real-time systems.
- Handle long-lived TCP connections & workload distribution.
- Contribute to scalable architecture decisions.
- Operate production workloads in Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 3+ years backend engineering experience.
- Strong Golang proficiency.
- Experience with high-concurrency network services.
- Hands-on Docker & Kubernetes (deployments, scaling).
- Solid understanding of data structures & performance tuning.
- Comfortable in Linux environments.
- Experience with distributed & high-availability systems.
- English (written & reading).
