2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the website and the account you create on it. It does not cover:

• Chrome extensions and other Labs products — each has its own policy linked from this page
• Websites you visit after leaving furiahub.com
• Telegram, Google and other services you use to sign in — they have their own policies

3. Data we collect

What we store depends on how you use the site.

• Telegram sign-in: your Telegram user id, name and photo. Nothing is posted on your behalf
• Google sign-in: your name, photo and email. Nothing is posted on your behalf
• Profile and CV you write: name, username, headline, skills, location, work preferences, experience, education, projects, links, about text, and an optional photo and uploaded CV
• Match activity when you are signed in: saved vacancies, viewed vacancies and saved search filters
• A locale cookie (furiahub_locale) and session cookies that keep you signed in
• Optional AI vacancy search: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to cap daily requests. The raw IP is not stored
• If Google Analytics is enabled: page views and standard usage data collected by Google

4. Data we do not collect

• Payment cards — the website does not take payments
• Your browsing history outside furiahub.com
• Data from Labs extensions, unless that product’s own policy says otherwise

5. How we use data

• To run the site and keep you signed in
• To show your public profile if you turn that on
• To remember Match shortlists, views and filters
• To fill profile fields from a CV you upload, when you ask us to
• To prevent abuse of the AI search
• To understand how the site is used, if analytics is on

6. Cookies and device storage

We use a small set of cookies and browser storage:

• furiahub_locale — remembers the language you chose, for one year
• Auth session cookies — keep you signed in
• Match shortlist in localStorage when you are not signed in — stays on this device only
• Google Analytics cookies, if analytics is enabled

7. Who can see your data

A public profile is visible to anyone who opens it. Everything else is visible only to you, except where we need a provider to run the service:

• Telegram or Google, when you sign in through them
• Our hosting and database providers, who store and serve the site
• Google Analytics, if enabled
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles

8. How long we keep it

• Account, profile and CV until you delete the account
• If you request deletion, the public profile comes down immediately. The account and remaining data are permanently deleted after 30 days. You can cancel during that window
• AI search IP hashes are counted per UTC day and are not used as a profile
• Locale and session cookies last as described above
• Analytics retention follows Google’s settings

9. Your choices

• Edit your profile from the account pages
• Make the profile public or private
• Delete saved vacancies, views and filters
• Schedule account deletion, or cancel it within 30 days
• Sign out of this browser
• Email furia.hub@gmail.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion

10. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
