VACANCY: JTBD RESEARCHER (REMOTE)
We are an international startup looking for a Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) specialist from India to join our fully distributed team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct in-depth user interviews (English)
- Apply the JTBD framework to uncover user needs, pains, and motivations
- Translate insights into clear product hypotheses and recommendations
- Build the research process from scratch
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years in UX/product research (qualitative focus)
- Hands-on experience with JTBD — a must
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
