Senior Java Developer (Trading Infrastructure Engineer)

Job Description
FinDev LLC is looking for a Senior Java Developer to enhance and maintain its proprietary trading infrastructure. The role focuses on real-time trading platforms, order management, and exchange connectivity, ensuring reliability and low latency across global financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based trading software stack
- Implement order management, compliance, and routing systems
- Design and build next-gen real-time trading platforms
- Troubleshoot and support global trading systems
- Build drop-copy feeds and ensure fail-safe execution report delivery
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional Java experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience with trading or low-latency systems
- Familiarity with databases (Snowflake, Postgres) and Azure
- Proficiency in Python or another scripting language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fixed Income domain
- Interest in transitioning to Rust
Location: Poland / Cyprus / Georgia / Serbia (remote or hybrid options available)
