Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Ruby Developer to build and scale the backend of a crypto banking product. You’ll work on high-load systems, TON blockchain integrations, and core financial infrastructure in a fast-growing Web3 project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby for crypto banking.
- Integrate with the TON ecosystem, Prisma ORM, and Neon (PostgreSQL).
- Optimize performance and ensure system reliability.
- Work with APIs using Hono and Vite.
- Design backend architecture, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby (senior level).
- Experience building and optimizing high-load systems.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and fintech security.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DeFi and TON smart contracts.
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript for frontend or integrations.
