For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Source and reach out to mobile game studios, conduct initial qualification, and coordinate introductory calls.

Support external studios throughout the publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely progression through each stage.

Maintain accurate project statuses and next steps in Studio Portal.

Coordinate communication with external partners and follow up on pending actions.

Verify game readiness for testing using internal checklists.

Collect testing data and prepare standardized reports for the Publishing Producer.

Track deadlines and ensure projects move through the pipeline without operational delays or information loss.

Keep publishing processes organized, transparent, and up to date.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Specialist, Project Manager, or in a similar coordination role.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple parallel projects while maintaining high quality.

Process-oriented mindset with a passion for structure, checklists, and operational excellence.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new processes.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of operational workflows.
