Job Description
The company is looking for an ML/LLM Engineer to take ownership of LLM fine-tuning and deployment. You’ll work across the full ML lifecycle — from datasets and training to production inference and monitoring — in close collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data → training → deployment).
- Optimize inference and model serving.
- Monitor model metrics and performance in production.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ML / LLM / NLP.
- Experience building full training pipelines end-to-end.
- Strong skills in model optimization and quantization.
- Python, PyTorch.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus.
- Git, AWS (SageMaker & core services), RunPod.
- English C1+, Ukrainian/Russian C1 or native.
- Residence outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hugging Face ecosystem, LoRA / QLoRA.
- CUDA 12.x, vLLM / Triton.
- FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Vector databases and RAG pipelines.
