We’re Hiring: Head of Operations

iDelsoft is looking for a highly proactive operator to become the CEO’s right-hand partner and drive execution across operations, growth, recruitment, sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Fully remote

9 AM–6 PM U.S. Eastern Time

$2,000–$3,000/month + bonuses (up to 15%)

International team (US, LatAm, Europe)

We’re looking for someone with

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth agency
• Strong English and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Full availability during 9 AM - 6 PM US EST hours
