Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Ruby Developer with proven TON experience to build and optimize the backend of a next-generation crypto banking platform. You’ll design scalable systems, integrate blockchain components, and ensure top-level security and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend logic in Ruby for the CryptoBank TON platform.
- Integrate with the TON ecosystem, Prisma ORM, and Neon DB.
- Optimize performance and handle high-load architecture.
- Work with APIs (Hono, Vite) and ensure code quality via reviews.
- Collaborate with the team on architecture and product improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Ruby backend development.
- Proven hands-on experience with The Open Network (TON).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and security.
- Experience with Vite, Hono, Prisma (ORM), and Neon (PostgreSQL).
- Ability to work in high-load environments and deliver stable systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DeFi and smart contracts on TON.
- Knowledge of JS/TS for frontend or integrations.
