Backend Developer (Python/Go)

Job Description
BSL is hiring a middle+/senior backend developer to build high-load services and internal systems for major Russian pharmacy chains. You’ll work on greenfield backend projects, system integrations, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services from scratch
- Integrate with external systems
- Optimize application and DB performance
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Python and Go
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis
- Confident in Docker, Docker Compose, Linux
- Understanding of Clean Architecture and microservices
- Familiarity with testing (unit, integration)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Kafka or RabbitMQ
- DB performance tuning
- CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
