Salary: €1,500 / month
We are hiring an organized, patient, and professional Customer Service Agent to join a growing team in Paphos! You will work directly with clients, providing ongoing support and guiding them through documentation and banking procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through document preparation & banking requirements
- Follow up on pending tasks and missing documentation
- Track client progress, records, and status using MS Excel
- Coordinate internally to process cases efficiently
Requirements
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel for managing tracking sheets
- Background in customer service, banking, finance, or compliance is a plus
